Changemakers – food has power and so do you

Did you know that butter is made from cow’s milk? That the bacteria in our intestines weigh around 2 kg?
Or that some foods are alive when we consume them?

Through a series of three labs, children (6-12 years) will learn through games and hands-on experiences.

Come and discover incredible things about food, learn what your favourite sports stars eat for breakfast and see what impact food has on our bodies and on the planet.

If you like to learn and you like to play… You will love these workshops!
Come to discover incredible things about some foods, and learn how to prepare a nutritious breakfast, and to take care of the planet.

Come and create

Where do ingredients come from? Is local food better? Are some foods really alive in our gut?

Come and test your knowledge through games!

What does a good breakfast look like? Is there a link between breakfast and how well you do in your math test?

Take part in a Masterchef class to make a delicious and healthy breakfast!

Why throw away food and packaging when there are plenty of ways to reuse them?

Challenge yourself to create something new from something used!

How can you take part?
